Reservation is available only for a group of two or more. KEOBI cannot guarantee available slots for a customer that does not show up on time. KEOBI also reserves the right to limit reservation requests especially due to reasons beyond our control.
Reservation Policies:
Non-Stop Fee: A non-refundable “no-show” fee of $20 will be applied to the final bill of any reservation not honored. This helps us maintain our commitment to other guests.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand unexpected situations arise. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to your reservation deposit amount.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee (based on your reservation deposit amount).
